Bill Appointed to Transition Team of President-Elect Ronald Reagan (1980-81)
President Reagan's signature on the right of the Certificate has started to fade. Bill's assignment on the Transition Team was the National Consumer Cooperative Bank.
The appointment included a ticket to the Inauguration Ball
